  1. Return Period: We offer a return period of 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your Aranmula Kannadi, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the Aranmula Kannadi must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team within the 7-day return period and provide them with the necessary details of your purchase. b. Upon verification and approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item. c. Package the Aranmula Kannadi securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. d. Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping service. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective Aranmula Kannadi, please follow these steps: a. Immediately upon delivery, inspect the package for any signs of damage. b. If there are any visible damages, please shoot a video before opening the package and while opening the package for the first time, clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging. c. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide them with the video evidence and other necessary details. d. Once we have assessed the damage claim, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to return the item. e. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

  5. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

  6. Exclusions: Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

    • Customized or personalized Aranmula Kannadi.
    • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
