Shipping

Domestic shipping ( within India) - We offer FREE normal shipping ( India Post / DTDC / Speed n Safe / Professional Courier / trackon / Maruti ) within India. Our normal shipping will be reach 2-3 business days within kerala, and 3-4 days in neighboring state and 5-6 days to the rest of the states in india. Express Shipping within India - Some services like DTDC Plus offers express service ( next day delivery ). such services can be availed by paying the shipping cost by the customer.

International shipping - we offer international shipping with DHL/FedEx across the world. for international shipping, the shipping cost would be extra.

Returns

You can return any damaged products while shipping. for that, please take video footage while you unpack the courier. and share with us immediately. any claim without proper proof won't be accepted for the return/ exchange / refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make a parcel opening video ,in case of any complaints parcel opening video is a must ,It must also be in the original packaging.
